The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra has notified the dates of release of the MHT CET 2022 answer key and result. As per the notification, the answer key will be released on September 1, 2022.
Candidates will be able to submit their grievances/objections regarding questions, if any through candidate Login from September 2 to 4 upto 5.00 PM.
The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has released the exam calendar for the posts of School Lecturer and Senior Teacher. The exam schedule is available on the official website rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in.
The RPSC School Lecturer Exam 2022 for the Secondary Education Department will be held from October 11 to 20 and for the Sanskrit Education Department from November 15 to 17.
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has launched a one-time registration (OTR) facility for government job aspirants. The new service will allow aspirants to register themselves on the platform only once for all kinds of examinations related to UPSC.
Now the government job aspirants will not be required to fill in their basic details every time they apply for different recruitment examinations.
The aspirants, who wish to apply for any future examination of the UPSC are required to register themselves in the OTR platform by filling up their basic personal information indicated therein.
"A large number of aspirants apply for a host of examinations conducted by the UPSC throughout the year to select officers for different central government departments/organisations. The OTR platform will help them in saving time and make the application process more easy," A UPSC official said.
The information of the aspirant will remain stored securely in the commission's server after the registration of the aspirant is completed.
An aspirant’s information will get automatically populated in the online application form of an examination for which she or he applies.
According to the UPSC, the One Time Registration platform will be quite useful for the candidates as it will not only save them from filling in their basic personal details again for any subsequent examination being conducted by the UPSC but also eliminate any possibility of submission of incorrect information by them as their basic personal details will be validated by the candidates themselves.
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur will begin the GATE 2023 registration process from August 30. For the convenience of students, especially those from the rural area, IIT Kanpur has announced new examination centers for the GATE 2023. The GATE 2023 will now be held in 219 cities across 23 new cities/towns has been added.
GATE 2022 was held in 206 cities last year, but this year, many new cities have been added and 10 earlier cities have been withdrawn due to operational issues.
The GATE 2023 examination will be held on 4, 5, 11 and 12 February, 2023 across eight zones. The deadline for the submission of Application form is September 30.
IIT Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras, Roorkee, and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore all will jointly organise GATE 2023. The organising institute is IIT Kanpur, and the cities are distributed among these eight zones.
Additionally, GATE 2023 will be held in foreign cities including Dhaka (Bangladesh), Dubai (UAE), Kathmandu (Nepal), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Male (Maldives), Port Louis (Mauritius), Singapore (Singapore), and Thimphu (Bhutan). However, as stated on the GATE 2023 website, students from all other nations may take the exam in any of the Indian examination cities.
The Nation Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the registration deadline for the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) UGC NET 2022. Candidates will be able to submit CSIR-UGC NET application form 2022 till August 17, 2022, on the official website, csirnet.nta.nic.in. The NTA in its latest notice said, “Pursuant to representations received from candidates and at the request of CSIR, it has been decided to extend the last date for submission of application forms.” The minimum eligibility to apply for joint CSIR UGC NET 2022 is postgraduation in the science stream.
The NTA has also announced the CSIR-UGC NET exam dates 2022. “Further it has also been decided that the exam will be held during 16-19 September 2022,” it announced.

Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) has announced the exam dates of the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service Combined Competitive Exam-2021 and Naib Tehsildar (Preliminary) Examination-2021. Candidates can check the exam notice and schedule on the official website hppsc.hp.gov.in.
The HPPSC HPAS exam 2021 will be conducted on October 16, 2022. The exam will be conducted for recruitment to 29 posts in different state government departments.
The Naib Tehsildar preliminary examination 2021 will be conducted on October 30, 2022. The exam will be conducted for recruitment to a total of 20 vacancies of Naib Tehsildar.
According to the notice, the main (Written) Examinations will be conducted tentatively in the second or third week of December, 2022.
UGC declares 21 universities as 'fake'; maximum in Delhi followed by UP
The University Grants Commission (UGC) on Friday declared 21 universities as "fake" and not empowered to confer any degree, majority of which are in Delhi followed by Uttar Pradesh.
Delhi has eight fake universities -- All India Institute of Public and Physical Health Sciences; Commercial University Ltd. Daryaganj; United Nations University; Vocational University; ADR-Centric Juridical University; Indian Institution of Science and Engineering; Viswakarma Open University for Self-Employment and Adhyatmik Vishwavidyalaya (Spiritual University).
Uttar Pradesh has seven such universities -- Gandhi Hindi Vidyapith, National University of Electro Complex Homeopathy, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Univirsity (open university), Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad, according to the UGC.
Karntaka, Maharashtra, Puduchery, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, West bengal and Kerala also have fake universities on the list.
NEET 2022: From exam to counselling - Important events aspirants should know
NEET or National Eligibility cum Entrance Test is held for admission to undergraduate medical and other allied courses. NEET UG 2022 was held on July 17 for around 18 lakh students. Next, National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the provisional answer key on neet.nta.nic.in.
A. After NEET exam is over, NTA uploads provisional answer key along with candidates' response sheets and the question paper of the exam on neet.nta.nic.in.
B. Window to raise objections: During this window, those who have complaints regarding the provisional answer key can raise objections online, by paying a fee.
C. Review of objections and final answer key: Next, NTA will review objections raised by aspirants and after that, publish the final answer key on the exam website.
D. NEET result, cut-off and rank list: At the end, NTA will announce NEET result and cut-off marks for medical admissions. The agency will also send the all India rank list to counselling authorities. NTA's responsibility in NEET ends here.
E. AIQ, State quota counselling registration: Next, counselling authorities begin their work. Based on the rank list sent by NTA, state and central counselling bodies prepare rank lists for 85% state quota and 15% all India quota (AIQ) seats. Meanwhile, students register for counselling and exercise choices of their preferred medical colleges.
F. Provisional allotment result: Counselling agencies, based on students' ranks and choices, publish provisional allotment lists and selected candidates can apply for admission. The counselling process continues to several rounds.
G. Reporting at allotted institution for admission: Candidates, at the end, visit allotted medical colleges to take admission.
