AP EAMCET Exam Complete Study Notes

APSCHE has started the AP EAMCET 2022 counselling registration on August 22, 2022. Candidates who have qualified in the AP EAMCET 2022 can now complete the registration and pay the requisite fee for the same at sche.ap.gov.in. Earlier, Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) announced AP EAMCET 2022 counselling schedule. Along with the official AP EAMCET 2022 counselling date, the schedule for certificate verification for different categories has also been announced.

AP EAMCET 2022 result has been announced. Candidates had to check their scorecards using the direct link given here. AP EAMCET 2022 exam was held from July 4 to 8, 2022 for the engineering stream whereas for the agricultural stream, the exam was conducted from July 11 and 12. This year Govt. of Andhra Pradesh has decided to give 100% weightage to AP EAPCET marks for admission to the 2022-23 academic sessions.

AP EAMCET (Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test) has been renamed as AP EAPCET, which stands for Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agricultural and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test. It is a state-level exam conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada for admissions to Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy courses offered at more than 425 private institutes in Andhra Pradesh state. JNTU Kakinada is only the exam conducting authority for AP EAMCET on behalf of the AP State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE).

AP EAMCET 2022 eligibility criteria are the conditions set by JNTU Kakinada on behalf of APSCHE for candidates seeking admission to engineering, medical and agriculture courses. To be eligible, candidates need to fulfil the requirements as under:

Candidates should be Indian National or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/ Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)

Candidates must be residents of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana state and should meet the local/non-local status requirements by Educational Institutes in Andhra Pradesh under admission regulations

Candidates should have passed or appeared in the qualifying examination of intermediate or 10+2 level or any equivalent examination as recognised by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana

Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination with required subjects i.e. Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry or any of the optional subjects or relevant vocational subjects in Engineering and Technology stream

AP EAMCET 2022 Admit Card

AP EAMCET 2022 Counselling

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada started the AP EAMCET counselling 2022 on August 22, 2022. Earlier, JNTU announced the AP EAMCET 2022 counselling dates. APSCHE will conduct the counselling online to complete the admission process. AP EAMCET counselling process encompasses various stages like payment of processing fee, check verification status, candidate registration, option entry, seat allotment and reporting to the allotted college.

AP EAMCET 2022 Cut off

AP EAMCET 2022 Cut off will be released by APSCHE for all categories after the declaration of the result. The qualifying percentage will be 25% of the maximum marks considered for the ranking. However, for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST), there is no minimum qualifying mark prescribed. The admission will be limited to the extent of seats reserved for the ST/SC categories.
