IIT JEE Exam Complete Study Notes available

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is conducting the Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main) 2019 twice in a year for undergraduate engineering admissions into NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. There will be no change in the syllabus, exam pattern, fee or language of the exam. Around 26673 seats will be available to eligible candidates.

Number of Attempts : Twice in a year, Total - 6

JEE Main 2019 for January has been concluded however it will be conducted again as a computer-based test from April 6 to 20 again. The examination for the January session was conducted from 8 to 12 January.

As per the official notification, a total of 9,29,198 candidates have registered for Paper-I and 1,80,052 candidates had registered for Paper- 2.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the JEE Main 2019 Paper 2 result on January 31. The result is announced in online mode for all the candidates who have appeared for the Paper-2 exam. Along with the result, authorities have also released the final answer key of JEE Main Paper-2.

In the released answer key of Paper-2 of JEE Main 2019, two question from forenoon shift were dropped and full marks are awarded to the students. As per the official notification, a total number of 1, 80,052 candidates were registered for Paper –2 (B. Arch. /B. Planning.) for this session. While the result of paper 1 was announced on January 19 in the form of scorecard where subjectwise scores along with total scores for the January attempt were mentioned.  Earlier, NTA has released the final answer key of JEE Main 2019 for the first session on January 23 in the pdf format.

  1. JEE Main applications for the April exam will be available from February 8th to March 7th.

  2. Computer-based test will be conducted from 6 to 20 April 2019

  3. States that are part of the JEE Main system : Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Uttarakhand and Nagaland

  4. States that accept JEE Main scores : Rajasthan, Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh
